Cancelation Policy

Due to my limited availability, I request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled Age In Place Plan session. This gives me the opportunity to allow other waitlisted clients to secure an open spot. You may cancel by phone or email. If you have to cancel your meeting, we offer you a credit if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use this credit towards a future meeting. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the session. The Age In Place Expert has the only right to be flexible here under certain circumstances.
